Students Work Permits Eligiblity – Canada 2022

Admission should be in designated list of institutions for post graduate work permits.  Passport document should be valid until end of the programs

Post Graduate Work Permits

• Programs less than 8 months are not eligible for work permits
• Programs over 8 month duration less than 12 month.  Students can get work permits according to the length of program
• Programs having more than 3 year duration.  Students can get work permits  3 year work permits
• Program having duration of One Year.  Students are allowed to get 1 year work permit
• Combined work permits from another program to new program is not allowed

Open Work Permits

• Employer Specific Work Permits
• Open Work Permits
• Family Member (accompanied) can also apply for work permits
• Permanent Residents
