Contents Management System

Our content management system (CMS) helps users create, manage and modify contents on website(s) without the need for technical knowledge. Beyond websites, you can also manage documents, audio, video and serve as knowledge base.  Our the contents management system is made up of two core parts:

  • A content management application (CMA) – this is the part that allows you to actually add and manage content on your site (like you saw above).
  • A content delivery application (CDA) – this is the backend, behind-the-scenes process that takes the content you input in the CMA, stores it properly, and makes it visible to your visitors.

We use WordPress as contents management system.  The WordPress maintains over a 62.5% market share on websites.  It can manage almost all types of data.  The CMS communicates with external applications, multilingual (translatable) capability.  Even Data entry can be done in multiple languages.   It is cloud based which serves community as ‘software as a service’.   The environment is quite secure, having SSL and SEO.  The admin and users with different roles.  It also handled migrations, enhancements and upgrades.  GUI is completely customizable.
